NW Indy Company Hiring Bilingual English-French Customer Service Representatives
AppleOne Employment Services is currently working with a client on a project which requires Customer Service Representatives who speak French.
Excerpt of the job description:
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times to customer over the telephone
• Strengthen client’s brands by responding to customer inquiries and processing requests
• Update customer database systems
• Escalate issues to manager as appropriate
• Ensure courteous quality of service on all phone calls
• Ability to multi-task with phone and computer
• Adhere to company policies and responsibly manage time and attendance
• Assist with other duties as assigned
This is a Customer Service Center environment; 40 hours per week; temporary to permanent opportunity based on performance; immediate start; 8AM-5PM and 11AM – 8PM shifts; pay is $12/hour; location is NW Indianapolis.
